Job description

We are a growing Christian construction company in West Chicago, Il seeking a full-time, on-site office assistant. Experience with word/Excel and QuickBooks preferred. Construction knowledge a plus, must be a fast learner. Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:

Daily responsabilities:

· answering phones

· preparing and providing preliminary estimates over the phone

· submitting permits and follow-ups

· managing customer files

· assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed

Back up as needed:

· maintaining daily bookkeeping

· preparing customer invoices

· accounts payable/receivable

Pay Rate: $18 - $25 per hour based on experience
