Mission-Minded Skilled Construction Trade Workers - Finished Works LLC

PAID MISSION-MINDED SKILLED-TRADES OPPORTUNITIES Serving remote Alaska Native villages through construction, craftsmanship and Christian service. Bring your craftsmanship, faith and servant's heart to Arctic Alaska where meaningful work strengthens communities and every project is an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Finished Works LLC, in collaboration with Kingdom Legacy Builders Network, is seeking multifaceted, highly skilled tradesmen who are hardworking, dependable and Christian Kingdom-minded. Team members will travel to remote Alaska Native villages to complete construction repairs and upgrades to community buildings and centers that serve village residents and their families.

This is more than a construction assignment. We are looking for people who desire to serve with humility, build meaningful relationships and share the hope and love of Jesus Christ through respectful service, excellent workmanship and personal conduct. All work and outreach must honor local leadership, Alaska Native cultures and the traditions and wishes of each community.

POSITIONS & HOURLY PAY

Position Hourly Range Construction Laborer / Helper $24-$28

Multifaceted Skilled Tradesman / Carpenter $32-$38

Lead Carpenter / Equipment Operator $38-$42

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications and assigned responsibilities. Overtime is paid according to applicable Alaska law.

• Experience in multiple construction trades, such as carpentry, remodeling, building repair, finish work, general construction or equipment operation.

• The ability to adapt to remote Arctic conditions, changing project needs and close-knit team living.

• A servant's heart and a sincere desire to improve the lives of people in remote Alaska communities.

• Respectful communication with village residents, local leadership, building occupants and fellow crew members.

• A professional attitude that demonstrates respect for coworkers, supervisors, the employer and company expectations.

• A desire to represent Christian Kingdom values through integrity, humility, teamwork and service.

THE COMPANY PROVIDES AIRFARE VILLAGE TRAVEL LODGING MEALS Round-trip transportation to Alaska Transportation to and from the assigned remote village Company-arranged accommodations during the assignment Meals or company-arranged subsistence

LOCAL TRANSPORT Project-related transportation within the community

SCHEDULING Defined assignment dates and anticipated work schedules

FUTURE WORK Consideration for future Alaska village projects
