Our products combine medical-grade German engineering, elegant design, and app-guided simplicity-used across medical clinics, wellness & beauty providers, and sports recovery environments.

We partner with professionals who care about outcomes, trust, and long-term relationships.

Role Overview

We are expanding our presence in the U.S. and are looking for experienced, self-driven Independent Sales Representatives to grow Flowell across medical, wellness, beauty, and sports recovery accounts.

This is a non-exclusive, commission-only role for entrepreneurial reps who already know how to build and manage B2B relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Represent Flowell as a trusted, non-exclusive sales partner in Florida
  • Prospect, open, and manage qualified B2B accounts, including:
    • Compression therapy & DME providers
    • Med spas, wellness & body-contouring clinics
    • OB/GYN, PT, chiropractic & recovery practices
    • Sports recovery centers, trainers & boutique fitness studios
    • Lymphedema & vein clinics
  • Educate partners on Flowell products, positioning, and use cases
  • Coordinate demos, introductions, and follow-ups
  • Forward customer purchase orders to Flowell
  • Support partners before and after sale (non-clinical)
  • Participate in local events, demos, and community activations
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and regular communication with the Flowell team

What You Don't Do

  • You do not set pricing or commercial terms
  • You do not sign contracts on Flowell's behalf
  • You do not sell into excluded mass-market or unauthorized channels
  • You do not represent competing compression therapy products

Compensation & Structure

  • 12.5% commission on Net Sales Amount
  • Paid monthly, 30 days after customer payment is received
  • No cap, no base salary
  • All expenses are self-covered
  • Independent contractor (1099), non-exclusive

Training & Support

  • Structured onboarding and product training by the Flowell team
  • Sales materials, pricing, demos, and product education provided
  • Ongoing support, updates, and collaboration
