As the face of WindowRama, you’ll build strong customer relationships, guide shoppers through our showroom, and deliver an outstanding sales experience from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy working with people, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build trusting relationships with customers while providing outstanding service
  • Greet and assist every customer entering the showroom
  • Guide customers through our sales floor and demonstrate product features and benefits
  • Use strong sales skills and product knowledge to close sales opportunities
  • Enter sales orders accurately into our CRM system
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Answer phones and provide product, retail, and sales information
  • Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and maximize business opportunities
  • Create a welcoming, positive, and professional customer experience

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of retail sales, customer service, or industry experience preferred
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Product knowledge in windows and doors is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with installation/service methods for window and door projects preferred
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with AS400 is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
