Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic office. This position requires strong social interaction skills, as well as excellent patient service skills. The Chiropractic Assistant will assist with various clinical tasks and ensure a welcoming environment for all patients!

Work Hours

  • 8:15am-12:45pm | 2:30pm-6:30pm Monday-Thursday
  • 7:15am-12:45pm Friday

Duties

  • Greet and interact with patients in a warm, professional manner
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Answer phone calls and provide accurate information
  • Enter billing information and chart notes using clinic software
  • File documents and maintain organized patient records
  • Collect payments and explain financial policies
  • Support patients in understanding their treatment plans
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma - Bachelors/Associate preferred
  • Excellent communication and social interaction skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using computer software for scheduling and billing
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
  • Willingness to complete Chiropractic Assistant certification (if not already certified)
