Modern Chiropractic Center is looking for an exceptional Back Office Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. We're seeking someone with a positive attitude, outstanding people skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and excited to make a meaningful impact on our patients' health and wellness.

This is a part-time position that includes competitive pay and comprehensive on-the-job training.


Schedule

  • Monday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Educate patients about chiropractic procedures and therapy equipment
  • Assist the chiropractor with patient therapies, traction, and treatment procedures
  • Instruct patients on prescribed therapeutic exercises
  • Upload and organize digital X-rays
  • Prepare treatment rooms according to the doctor's instructions
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment areas
  • Communicate effectively between the chiropractor and patients to ensure an outstanding patient experience
  • Enter and maintain accurate patient chart notes and records
  • Support the clinical team in providing exceptional patient care
