ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients in the Chinese-speaking business community. You will introduce our services, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Development

Prospect and engage local business owners and decision-makers

Present and sell digital marketing services Google Ads, Google Business Profile optimization, SEO, and CRM & automation systems

Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, consultation, proposal, and close

Work warm leads provided by the company, follow up on inquiries, and support client onboarding

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to grow existing accounts

Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Maintain professional, responsive communication with all clients

Guide clients through setup, onboarding, and service delivery

Coordinate with internal marketing and support teams to ensure client success

Log activity, client notes, and pipeline updates accurately in CRM

REQUIREMENTS

Required

3 5 years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred)

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese written and spoken

Basic English communication skills sufficient for internal team collaboration

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Strong interpersonal skills comfortable presenting to business owners and decision-makers

Self-motivated, organized, and accountable

Ability to work on-site at our Plantation, FL office

Preferred

Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS sales

Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, or social media marketing platforms

Prior outbound sales or lead generation experience

Experience using CRM platforms ( Monday.com)
