Phihong USA is looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist the sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, creative professional able to undertake a variety of projects and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.


Duties:

  • Supports marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials.
  • Maintains marketing library by updating product datasheets.
  • Product photography and editing.
  • Maintains and edits company website.
  • Designs and maintains marketing collateral such as catalogs, brochures and presentations.
  • Compiles, maintains, and distributes monthly POS reports.
  • Assist other departments as needed.


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good Organization skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • College degree
  • 2 years related work experience
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
