Job description

We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant/Customer Service (English/Chinese/Vietnamese) to join our team! You will perform inside sales, clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Process orders following the company policy
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor degree or 2 years experience in customer service, office administration or other related fields required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience with ERP system (QuickBooks, Sage 100, ...etc.) is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • English is a must, bilingual in Vietnamese or Chinese required
