Paid Childcare Worker
Paid Childcare Worker is a ministry of Parkwood Baptist Church which consists of capable men and women who are responsible for providing safe, nurturing, age-appropriate care for children whose parents are participating in Parkwood Growth Groups or other church-related activities.
Who can serve as a Paid Childcare Worker?
  • Follower of Christ
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Must be at least 16 years of age

What is expected of a Paid Childcare Workers?
  • Be willing to babysit for paid childcare events such as: Off-Campus Growth Groups, Thursday Morning Bible Study, and special on-campus church events based on availability
  • Must be available and willing to be consistent and faithful to babysit for whatever event you have committed to
  • Must be physically, mentally and emotionally fit to care for small groups of young children
  • Be willing to abide by Parkwood's guidelines for childcare workers
  • Enjoy working children of all ages from baby to upper elementary
  • Complete Ministry Safe training
