At Soccer Shots Long Island West, we build schedules around your availability and aim to place you at locations that are convenient to your home.
What We Offer
Flexible scheduling based on your availability and preferred locations
Paid training at $20 per session during your initial two-week training period
Increased pay to $25 per session after training, with opportunities to earn up to $38 per hour through our coach development program

⚽ What You'll Do
  • Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2-8
  • Conduct 30-50 minute classes at preschools, daycares, parks, community centers, elementary schools, and indoor facilities
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
  • Teach soccer fundamentals and character-building lessons using Soccer Shots' curriculum
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to set up and prepare for each session
  • Communicate professionally with families, teachers, and site staff
  • Follow attendance, safety, and program protocols
  • Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and positive energy to every class

Requirements
  • No coaching experience required
  • Soccer playing experience at any level is a plus
  • Ability to coach both indoors and outdoors
  • Comfortable being active and managing the energy of young children
  • Available to coach anywhere from 5-25 sessions per week, depending on your schedule
