Job description

Join our national, commercial lending company as a Program Manager in our Vendor Finance team. We target integrated finance programs for medical device companies, manufacturers, software companies, and more, providing vendor salespeople with payment options to help sell their products.
As a Program Manager, you will engage in prospecting and sales activities with companies that have integrated finance programs. Your outreach efforts will focus on developing relationships with vendor salespeople and their leadership to identify financing opportunities, develop pricing, and deliver proposals. You will use various communication methods, including phone, text, email, Teams/Zoom meetings, and occasional field travel. Supported by our marketing team, you will develop materials to support your messaging. Occasionally, you will present to teams virtually and/or in person to roll out new vendor programs, deliver training, and meet with customers. This is a fast-paced, exciting position.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with some knowledge of CRM systems and/or Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a relationship and sales growth mindset.
  • Excellent time management and presentation skills.
  • Ambitious, with a strong work ethic and a track record of sales success.

Compensation: $62,500 - $65,000 (based on sales experience), with the opportunity to earn sales commissions and results-based bonuses.
