Building category-defining infrastructure for enterprise AI workforce orchestration, the business is carving out a high-leverage Chief of Staff seat to sit directly alongside founder leadership.

This is a high-velocity, high-impact mandate for a high-agency operator. Positioned at the intersection of corporate strategy, cross-functional execution, and organizational rhythm, you will act as a true force multiplier to the CEO—driving mission-critical special projects, aligning leadership priorities, and ensuring sharp execution as the platform scales globally.


Key Execution Focus

  • Leadership Bridge & Strategic Alignment: Partner directly with the founders and executive team to translate high-level vision into clear, executable operating plans, maintaining alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering.
  • Operating Rhythm & Accountability: Design and run the company’s operating system—leading executive meetings, quarterly planning cycles, and company-wide OKR tracking to keep execution sharp and measurable.
