As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with the CEO in scaling the organization while preserving the entrepreneurial culture that has fueled its success.

This executive will oversee the financial and operational health of the business, driving enterprise-wide strategy, organizational alignment, and operational excellence across a complex omnichannel business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape and execute long‑term business strategy.
  • Lead enterprise‑wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and business performance.

  • Experience overseeing global supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.
