Job description

Would you like to be developed and mentored by the Owner/Operator of a Chick-fil-A Franchise?! This position gives you that opportunity.

At Chick-fil-A, Operations Managers are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Operations Supervisors are responsible for managing assigned stations for an entire shift and opening and / or closing the restaurant.

  • Free College & Scholarship opportunities-We partner with accredited university Point University to provide our team free online college. You only pay for your books! Point University offers over 80 programs including Associate's, Bachelor's, and a limited amount of Master's degree programs.We also offer the Chick-fil-A scholarship which anyone can apply for receive up to $2,500 per year for 4 years total. (if selected every year). This scholarship can be used at any accredited college. We have given out over $70,000 to our team members in the past two years alone.
  • Training Support-Every team member is is given a 30 day training plan and scheduled with a trainer for at a minimum of their first 2-4 weeks. We check in with the training progress every 2 weeks until completion to ensure our new team members are receiving the best training possible. Leadership training is also provided

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be available to work 4 days a week. Friday and Saturday must be available
  • Must be available to work 25 hours per week minimum
  • Must be available to open or close the restaurant 4 days a week. Opening is 6AM and Closing crew is finished between 10:00PM-11:30PM depending on the day and closing time.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know if you have a desire to serve others and build a team.

You will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent communication skills.

You must have the ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.

You also must be efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.
