Job description

At Chick-fil-A Bishops Corner, a Team Leader is a role model who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces Chick-fil-A culture, and leads with a servant’s heart. Team Leaders support Supervisors and Managers in executing daily operations while helping guide Team Members during each shift.

Team Leaders play a key role in ensuring operational standards are met, supporting shift flow, and helping create an environment where Team Members and Guests feel valued. They lead by example and help maintain the pace, energy, and culture of the restaurant.

TEAM LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Type Full-time or Part-time (35+ hours per week)

Shift Leadership

 Support Supervisors in leading daily restaurant operations

 Help guide Team Members during shifts and maintain strong team communication

 Assist with shift deployment and position coverage

 Support opening and closing procedures

 Act as a key holder when assigned

Operational Support

 Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a fast-paced restaurant

 Ensure operational standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness

 Maintain speed of service and order accuracy

 Assist in maintaining organization and cleanliness in FOH area

 Support Supervisors in executing operational systems and procedures

Team Member Support & Development

 Assist in training and onboarding new Team Members

 Encourage and motivate Team Members during shifts

 Provide feedback and communicate team needs to Supervisors

 Help reinforce Chick-fil-A standards and procedures

Guest Experience

 Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest

 Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs

 Help maintain a welcoming and positive environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

 Open Availability ~ 35+ hours per week

or Ability to open (5:15 AM – 3 PM) or close (2 PM – 11:30 PM or later), Monday

through Saturday roughly 4 days a week

 At least 1+ years of Chick-fil-A experience or 2+ of restaurant leadership

 Experience leading or supervising others preferred

 Must be at least 18 years of age

 Previous restaurant or Chick-fil-A experience preferred

 Strong work ethic and positive attitude

 Ability to lead by example and support team members

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 Strong communication and teamwork skills

 Reliable transportation

 Weekend availability preferred

 All other duties as assigned
