Chef Joe Anthony (formerly of Gabriel Kreuther) brings decades of Michelin-starred expertise and New York hospitality to Fort Lauderdale, focusing on solid cooking and wholesome ingredients with a vibrant and inviting dining experience. 

Ethos:

At Tonno Nero we have a strong preference to work with local businesses including fisherman, farmers, coffee roasters, and cheesemakers. All of our breads and pastas are made in house, and our ingredients are responsibly sourced. We do not work with seed oils, industrialized flours, harmful chemicals, etc. Our ethos expands extensively into ensuring food is safe and nourishing for us.
