TIMBR โ€“ Executive Chef

TIMBR Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Executive Chef to lead and evolve the culinary direction of one of Las Olasโ€™ most ambitious dining and nightlife-driven restaurants.

This is not a corporate clipboard position. We are looking for a chef who understands execution, energy, leadership, and how to build a restaurant people actively want to return to. The right candidate can lead a high-volume service while maintaining standards, organization, culture, and consistency.

TIMBR blends elevated dining, strong atmosphere, craft cocktails, and a late-night energy under one roof. The Executive Chef will play a major role in shaping the next phase of the restaurant alongside ownership and operations leadership.
