Do you love creating memorable dining experiences? Clinton Presbyterian Community is seeking for a talented Chef to help us deliver exceptional meals that delight residents and guests every day! In this leadership role, you'll work alongside the Executive Chef to design seasonal menus, oversee kitchen operations, and inspire a team committed to quality and creativity.
What You'll Do:
  • Craft delicious, beautifully presented meals and assist with catering events.
  • Lead and mentor cooks, prep cooks, and utility techs building a strong, motivated team.
  • Ensure top-notch food safety and sanitation standards through regular audits.
  • Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
  • Maintain Department of Health compliance by conducting routine audits and ensuring all food products are properly prepared, dated, and labeled according to established standards.
  • Oversee food preparation and portion control to minimize waste while enforcing safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment and high-quality food service.
  • Serve as the Executive Chef's right hand and step in when needed.
  • Uphold our mission and values by delivering compassionate service and exceptional dining experiences.

What We're Looking For:
  • Two years' cooking experience in a fine dining/hotel environment.
  • Two years' experience in a culinary leadership role
  • High School or GED
  • ServSafe Certified
  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • Valid SC Driver's License
