Who You Are:
We are seeking experienced candidates to work in our Kitchen who are customer service oriented and take great pride in serving others great food!

Full-time Cook / Line Chef- 40 hours a week,
Wednesday - Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Saturday/Sunday this position will be the Cook responsible for cooking and serving for our Employee Cafe. Will cook a variety of hot items to be served from 11:00am-2:00pm. Will also prepare sandwiches and salads during that time when ordered by associates.
  • During weekday shifts, will work as a Line Chef in one of our kitchens, and may assist with Employee Cafe as needed.
  • Prepares all sautéed, fried, grilled, steamed, and baked items as per standardized recipes.
  • Prepares food following standardized recipes and special diet orders.
  • Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, so that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food is preserved.
  • Determines amount and type of food and supplies required for daily menus and sees that supplies are obtained from storeroom in adequate time for meal production.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience as a Line Cook experience in a fast paced environment, such as a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred. Previous experience working a Cafe counter preferred.
