6am-1am daily, with a wide range of possible shifts depending on availability. Examples include 6am-2pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm, 5pm-1am.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Guest Service Agent is a critical part of our team, handling high-volume guest inquiries across multiple platforms (phone, chat, email, and social media).
