What You'll Do:
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute digital marketing campaign strategies across multiple channels inclusive of email, ads, and our website chat bot
  • Campaign Optimization: Assist in optimizing these channels to improve campaign outcomes
  • Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Monitor and analyze landing page performance, A/B test creative assets, ad copy, and campaign targeting to improve conversion rates
  • Budget Management: Track and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create regular reporting showcasing campaign performance, insights and recommendations, including detailed performance marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and attribution analysis
  • Advanced Reporting: Build comprehensive dashboards and reports that track the full customer journey from initial touchpoint through conversion, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across all marketing channels
  • Webinar Production and Reporting: Set-up and produce webinars as well as ensuring reporting data is properly imported into our systems for follow-up/lead nurturing
  • Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools and best practices
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with our brand and business goals

What You'll Bring
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing with demonstrated experience in performance marketing and paid advertising
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting tools, etc.)
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards that clearly communicate performance metrics and ROI to various stakeholders
  • Highly adaptable to changing priorities
  • Comfortable presenting campaign performance data and insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Possess strong skills in digital marketing strategies as well as the ability to analyze data and make recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Strong organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
