SonSoft Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Job Description
  • The resource should have 5Yrs of relevant experience in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) with hands on experience of UCS server setup , VMware/ESXI, Voice Gateways, VMware, SIP Trunk, Cisco UCS servers etc.
  • Resource will be required to look after the UCCE platform at Accenture data centers in Chicago.
  • One of the key requirements of this assignment is that this may require working in out-of-office hrs, on weekends since changes to production system are allowed only during non-peak hours, nights and weekends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
