Kimley-Horn is looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Denver, Colorado (CO) office!  This is an office-based role at 6200 South Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado.

This role will play a pivotal part in hiring for Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, IT, and Legal positions across the firm. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of Kimley-Horn by attracting and engaging top-tier talent.

Responsibilities
  • Create an exceptional experience with candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to sourcing, cold calling, screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating, offers, and marketing the firm's attributes
  • Build strong relationships with hiring teams and firmwide partners
  • Identify, engage, and build pipelines for both active and passive candidates
  • Develop innovative tools and strategies to position Kimley-Horn as a top employer and amplify its reputation as one of the best places to work
  • Utilize applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, AI initiatives, process improvements, and sourcing tools
  • Champion and promote the Employee Referral Program internally, encouraging participation and engagement across the firm
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years of relevant experience; Professional Services recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to establish relationships and effectively partner with hiring teams across the firm
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups
  • Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and competing demands with a positive proactive approach and sense of urgency
  • Tech savvy - leverages technology to work more efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and proven track record of results
  • Ability to travel, as needed

Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000; Depending on applicable experience.
