Access Systems is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our Cedar Rapids team. In this role, you'll partner with business leaders to provide innovative office technology solutions that help companies run smarter and more efficientlyโ€”make $70-80k+ at plan in your first year!

What We're Looking for in a Sales Representative:

  • 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience; prospecting and technology knowledge is a plus.
  • Individuals who are competitive, ambitious, and have a desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to take initiative to go out and be assertive while having charisma.
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, and relationship maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
