Position Overview
We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of our ValueOps Financial Intelligence Solution, bringing together AI, Cloud Financial Management, Software Portfolio Management (SPM), DevOps, and engineering analytics into a single intelligent operating model.
This leader will build and lead engineering teams responsible for delivering AI-powered capabilities that help enterprises optimize technology investments, improve engineering productivity, manage cloud financial operations, and connect strategic planning with engineering execution.
Working across Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Cloud Operations, and AI Platform teams, this role will define the next generation of ValueOps by embedding intelligence into every stage of the software lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Lead the Unified Hybrid FinOps Engineering Strategy
  • Define and execute the engineering roadmap for Unified Hybrid FinOps capabilities.
  • Build scalable enterprise SaaS solutions spanning public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Deliver an integrated AI solution connecting Hybrid Cloud FinOps, Software Portfolio Management (SPM), engineering metrics, and business value realization.

Drive AI-First Engineering
  • Lead adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across engineering workflows.
  • Deliver AI-powered capabilities including:
    • Cloud cost optimization
    • Capacity forecasting
    • Intelligent budgeting
    • Portfolio recommendations
    • Investment planning
    • Tokenomics
    • Executive insights
    • AI-assisted engineering operations

  • 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
  • 5+ years leading engineering managers and global engineering teams.

  • Strong understanding of Agile software development and engineering delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 150,800.00 To USD 241,200.00

All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
