Duties

  • Prepare and assemble a variety of charcuterie boards with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Select high-quality meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, spreads, and garnishes to create balanced and appealing presentations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food handling and preparation areas according to food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable options for customized boards.
  • Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste through effective stock rotation.
  • Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for sales transactions, upselling products, and processing payments accurately.
  • Uphold excellent customer service by providing friendly assistance, answering questions about products, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assist with other food service duties including Prep work, Kitchen cleaning, dishes, following recipes, slicing meat, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen operations as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
  • Customer facing- Delivery driving as needed.

Qualifications
