The Channel Business Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Barracuda's key partners, guiding them to position Barracuda's products and solutions appropriately, setting strategic sales growth goals in collaboration leadership. What you'll be working on:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Barracuda's strategic partners and industry influencers to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including channel leadership, to support strategic goals and ensure alignment with the company's vision.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned partners, clearly articulating the value of Barracuda's platforms and services.
  • Educate and enable partners on how to position and sell Barracuda products effectively through training, presentations, and ongoing support.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for partner-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and satisfaction.

What you bring to the role:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Channel experience required; MSP experience a plus
  • Customer Success/Partner Success preferred
  • Cybersecurity or related industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools - Salesforce or similar CRM experience is strongly preferred
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

The anticipated on target earning (OTE) range for this role is $156,000.00 to $200,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
