The Channel Sales Manager NAM is responsible for developing, managing, and growing Evolis channel sales activities across North America through strategic partner relationships and sales execution. This role supports the Evolis North America sales organization by working closely with distributors, resellers, VARs, and channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The position collaborates cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and business leadership teams to execute channel strategies and support key customer opportunities. Success in this role directly contributes to increased market penetration, pipeline generation, and achievement of regional revenue objectives. Based in Providence, RI or Fort Lauderdale, FL, this hybrid position reports to the Sales & Marketing Director NAM.

As our Channel Sales Manager NAM, you'll support HID's success by: 

  • Developing and executing channel sales plans aligned with regional revenue and growth objectives.
  • Managing and growing relationships with channel partners, distributors, VARs, and strategic alliances throughout North America.
  • Driving partner-generated pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth while supporting strategic customer opportunities.
  • Conducting business reviews, developing joint business plans, and monitoring partner performance against established goals and KPIs.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting within CRM systems.
  • Supporting partner enablement through sales training, product education, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Driving collaboration with marketing teams to execute channel marketing programs, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Leading joint account planning and co-selling activities that increase customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Supporting strategic customer engagements, presentations, and negotiations through partner channels.
  • Driving continuous improvement through market and partner performance analysis.

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue targets through indirect sales channels.
  • Experience working with distributors, VARs, system integrators, MSPs, and reseller networks.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
  • Experience in identification, card personalization, printing, or security technology industries is preferred.
  • Experience developing channel enablement programs is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities is preferred.
