  • Maintain and present accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline reports.

  • Implement and refine channel programs, pricing structures, KPIs, and partner standards.

  • Shape longterm gotomarket strategies with sales, ecommerce, and regional leadership.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaigns that drive pipeline growth.

  • Improve processes and efficiency across global gotomarket teams.

  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure excellent lifecycle support.

  • Represent CARIS at customer visits, demos, events, and tradeshows (up to 50% travel).

What you need

  • Strong communication, relationshipbuilding, and strategic thinking skills (required).

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and regions (required).

  • 5+ years of technical sales experience with a proven track record in selling hydrographic, surveying and mapping equipment and software into the hydrographic market

  • CRM experience for forecasting and pipeline management (required).

  • Bachelor's degree in Hydrography, Cartography, Marine Science, or equivalent (required).

  • Experience with sonar operations or CARIS software (advantage).

  • Knowledge of pointcloud workflows and data processing (advantage).

  • Fluent English and Spanish; U.S. citizenship (required).

What we offer

  • A global leader in hydrographic and marine mapping software.

  • A collaborative, international environment across North America, Europe, and Asia.

  • High autonomy and meaningful career development.

  • Frequent product training and access to cuttingedge R&D.

  • Flexibility to work remotely within the U.S.

  • Competitive salary and benefits.
