🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant (AI & Multi-Cloud)


We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business strategy and cutting-edge tech. In this role, you will design scalable Salesforce solutions, drive business process optimization, and lead the adoption of Salesforce AI innovation.



Key Responsibilities

  • AI & Solution Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor guiding stakeholders on Salesforce best practices, while identifying and implementing AI capabilities (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, prompt engineering) to optimize operations.
  • Requirements & Process Mapping: Lead discovery workshops, translate complex requirements into actionable Epics/user stories, and map optimized business workflows.
  • Solution Architecture & Configuration: Design and configure robust, scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds using advanced declarative automation (Salesforce Flow).
  • Delivery & Change Management: Oversee UAT, manage end-to-end releases, and lead change management efforts to drive high user adoption and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior consultants, standardise functional documentation practices, and stay ahead of Salesforce release features.



What We’re Looking for

  • Experience: 7+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, BA, or Solution Architect with end-to-end implementation experience across multiple industries.
  • Cloud Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience
  • Cloud.AI & Tech Capabilities: Practical understanding of Salesforce AI tools (Agentforce/Einstein) and declarative automation (Flow), plus familiarity with MuleSoft/integrations and AppExchange apps.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Admin, Platform App Builder, or AI Specialist/Associate.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, executive-level presentation skills, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
