Job description

Position: Organizational Change Manager

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

  • Lead organizational change initiatives to support successful business transformation and technology adoption.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and build engagement plans to drive alignment and sponsorship.
  • Assess organizational change impacts and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Create and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Design and coordinate training programs to prepare employees for new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Manage resistance to change by addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and promoting user adoption.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Monitor change readiness, adoption, and business outcomes using metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Reinforce change after implementation to ensure long-term adoption and realization of business benefits.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
