Role: Technology Lead - Change Management Lead/ ITIL
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Houston, TX
Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred
Candidate should be ITIL Certified
At least 4 years of overall IT experience with least 3 years across Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Operations and Service Transition
Must have skills on Discovery and CMDB tools from vendors one of HP, BMC, CA with a working experience on Discovery of assets in customer domains.
Must be excellent with Microsoft Excel data consistency check and maintaining data integrity
Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills on similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
