Success in this role requires hands-on experience managing integrated creative projects that connect with media - from broadcast to digital - with a strong understanding of the critical points where creative intersects with media and can be impacted by data and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Delivery: Ensure the VP's solutions are executed effectively by managing timelines, scope, deliverables, and resourcing.
  • Day-to-Day Orchestration: Coordinate across creative, media, and technology teams to ensure ongoing execution aligns with the intended solution.
  • Intersection Oversight: Monitor and manage the points where creative intersects with media, ensuring data and technology integrations function as designed.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a delivery partner to clients, ensuring confidence that the solution is running smoothly.
  • Risk & KPI Management: Identify risks, blockers, or gaps in delivery, escalate as needed, and track progress against defined KPIs.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Drive collaboration across teams to ensure solutions are not just stood up but consistently executed.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, media, or creative services.
  • Proven experience running integrated creative + media projects across broadcast and digital.
  • Strong understanding of creative production and media workflows, and how they are impacted by data and technology.
