This is not a cold-start seat: 300 direct mailers a week go out ahead of your calls, a 1,600-contact warm queue is waiting, and our current part-time caller books 5–6 appointments a month on 20 hours a week. You'll run that proven motion full-time from our downtown office.Prove you can hunt and we train you into qualifying calls, discovery meetings, and proposals - full-cycle sales.What you'll doBook 10–12 sat appointments a month (appointments that actually happen) through daily call blocks and direct-mail follow-upWork Fort Wayne in person - chamber events, networking, canvassing - qualifying 10–75 user businesses (manufacturers, municipalities, healthcare, CPAs, banks) with owners and decision-makersKeep HubSpot current - every call, contact, and canvass logged same-dayThe pathPhase 1, you hunt - $50K on-target.
