Job Title: Site Supervisor / Program Manager โ€“ KC-135 CFT Organizational, Intermediate & Depot (O/I/D) Maintenance Location: Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington Pay Band: $100,000. - $110,000. based on experience level Security Clearance Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Position Overview Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Program Manager to lead KC-135 Contractor Field Team (CFT) Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot (O/I/D) Maintenance operations at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. This position serves as ACET's senior on-site representative and primary interface with the U.S. Air Force, responsible for overall contract execution, aircraft maintenance operations, personnel leadership, customer relationships, financial performance, compliance, and reporting. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations while delivering exceptional customer support and mission readiness. The ideal candidate possesses extensive U.S. Air Force KC-135 maintenance leadership experience, proven program management skills, and a strong understanding of USAF maintenance, logistics, quality, and contracting processes.
