Job description

About the Role:
Liberty Solutions has a client who is in need of a Senior Level Cerner Rules resource with extensive Revenue Cycle and Registration Rules build experience to train their internal team and help with best practices for maintenance. This would be for beginner to intermediate level folks. This will also be fully remote and done on an ad hoc, as-needed basis.
Job Expectations:
  1. Deliver foundational and advanced training on Oracle/Cerner Revenue Cycle Rules Maintenance (not Conversation Builder).
  2. Provide hands-on, activity-based education for analysts with back-to-basics focus.
  3. Develop best practices for rule organization, naming conventions, and maintenance/governance.
  4. Assess existing rules for overlaps/duplication and advise on optimization/combination opportunities.
  5. Optionally include CCL education for senior staff/lead (queries, joins, concepts) to understand and troubleshoot CCL-backed rules.
  6. Incorporate client's current non-production rule set into tailored training materials.
  7. Potentially solve one or more current unresolved rules issues as part of advanced training 
Requirements:
  • Extensive Revenue Cycle and Registration Rules experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of Rule logic
  • Proven ability to effectively train a group of resources on this topic
  • Personality to fit a training role
  • Some CCL knowledge of how it pertains to the Rules environment required
