As a Dayforce Consultant on the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for...

  • Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancement efforts by gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration.
  • Analyze talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning, to support solution design and process improvement.
  • Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials to enable successful deployment and ongoing operations.
  • Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution with project team members and client stakeholders.
  • Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning, status tracking, and deliverable management.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions
  • 3+ years of experience with talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, or learning
  • Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation
  • Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management system functionality
  • Experience working with human resources compliance or data privacy requirements in talent technology environments
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting full life cycle talent management technology implementations
  • Dayforce or Ceridian certification
  • Experience with other human capital management or talent management systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or iCIMS
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900.
