Job description

We are seeking a Chief of Staff / Executive Operations Partner to work directly with the CEO in building structure, communication, execution, and culture across the organization.
This is not a calendar-management or gatekeeper role.
This is an operations, communication, culture, and alignment role-a force multiplier for leadership.
What You Will Own
  • Organizational alignment: Ensure communication flows clearly across leadership, supervisors, and project teams.
  • Culture building: Help shape a unified, high-performing culture as we integrate top-tier talent from multiple organizations.
  • Training & development: Build and manage a structured training/onboarding system for new technicians; coordinate with in-house subject-matter experts.
  • Process creation: Turn high-level ideas into clear, repeatable workflows and operating practices.
  • Project coordination: Track major initiatives, ensure follow-through, and keep leadership synchronized.
  • Hiring & people systems: Support recruiting strategy, onboarding design, and talent development.
  • Internal communication: Keep the CEO informed, the team aligned, and the company moving with clarity and purpose.
  • Problem-solving: Anticipate issues, resolve friction points, and maintain forward momentum.

What You Bring
  • 8-10+ years in operations, Chief of Staff, senior EA to CEO, project leadership, or organizational development.
  • Experience building systems, structure, or training in a growing company.
  • Strong communication and writing skills; able to synthesize complex information quickly.
  • High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Solid understanding of operational workflows and organizational design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Must be local to Houston and comfortable working onsite.
  • Proven discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
