Job description

Maintains supply stock locations. Receives and processes various supply orders. Delivers supplies to the desired destination. Builds orders for stock replenishment. Replenish crash carts and trays. Maintains and cleans stock locations. Disinfects, stores and delivers moveable medical equipment. Loads and unloads materials within a warehouse or storage facility. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts or other handling equipment to move material to and from the storage facility. Requires the appropriate licenses to operate a motor vehicle in order to transport passengers or property. Participates in physical inventory and cycle counts. Validate access permissions and checks in approved vendors. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to a Supply Chain manager or supervisor. Assists with other duties as assigned to support Central Supply and Materials Management departments.

  • Required:
    • Experience: 1-2 years' experience with cycle count and inventory of medical supplies, use of computerized warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Preferred:
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reports stock shortages to supervisor.
  • Maintains isolation and crash cart supplies to assigned level.
  • Restocks warehouse/rotates stock, empty pallets returned to receiving
  • Maintains current/accurate PAR cart sheets with new supplies and by bin location.
  • Stickers patient charge supplies and keeps CDM numbers updated
  • Performs related duties as required.
