What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive revenue growth and market share in the Virginia market by securing new business and expanding key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a liaison across customers, industry associations, and internal operations.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies, including pricing, forecasting, and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare bids, proposals, and contracts while ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Partner with operations and quality teams to deliver technical support, ensure product performance, and promote safe, compliant practices.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable sales results in a complex market.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials or cement-based products and related market dynamics.
