Salary $95k to $104k
Bonus 10%

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort with strong tenure.
  • Proven culinary expertise in French and Modern American cuisine, with experience leading breakfast and brunch operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen while partnering closely with the hotel leadership team.
  • Lead and develop a team of 10 culinarians, ensuring quality, consistency, presentation, and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Serve as the face of the restaurant, interacting with guests and representing the culinary program as the restaurant's celebrity chef.
