Job description

We are actively seeking driven, growth-oriented, and sales-minded candidates to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division at Greentech Renewables. We have over 100 locations around the country so opportunity is all around you! As a leading B2B distributor, we support solar companies through logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Our Commercial Division provides comprehensive solutions for large-scale solar projects - including project management, warehouse management, logistics, financial services, and project design support. We act as a contractor’s one-stop shop for end-to-end project support.

Management Trainees are taught every aspect of the business in order to supervise their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training. On-the-job training lasts for approximately 18-24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, operations management, accounting, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management.

While the position provides real on the job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary, we give you the tools and training to prepare you to be successful within the company. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in an energetic multi-faceted environment.

Job Requirements

  • RELOCATION REQUIRED* Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program (up to 1 or more times)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree
  • Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by Greentech Renewables now or in the future)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Learn all aspects of the Greentech Renewables business

  • Communicating - both written and spoken - in English
