Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Cisco CCW and CCW-R platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco quoting, deal management, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with applications such as Workspace, CCW, and CCW-R, with a solid understanding of downstream and upstream impacts
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, aligning business objectives with partner needs
  • Analyze service install base coverage of customers and provide resolutions for disputes
  • Support accurate True Forward order creation and assist with holds management and fulfillment/closure
  • Log and track incidents with IT for Services EA technical issues, ensuring long-term fixes
  • Create work-level instructions and process flows when changes in process or policies occur
  • Conduct business analysis of current system capabilities and challenges, documenting manual steps and working with RPMs and IT on enhancements and automations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partners, IT, and RPMs to explain problem statements and drive resolutions
