This position involves working on commercial electrical projects with a schedule of 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. The role offers the potential for temp-to-hire placement, with benefits including a 401k and full medical coverage once hired. A relocation package between $8,000 and $10,000 is available after hiring, with an emphasis on candidates who are local or willing to relocate to the South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, or South Milford area. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, and controls experience is a plus. Indiana electrical license is preferred but not required. The company also supports schooling and licensing costs. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in English. .
