Job description

We are a Nashville based commercial custom cabinet manufacturer working primarily with General Contractors, seeking a Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, follow-up and field-based outreach.

Qualifications

  • Have experience generating and calling leads and selling (construction/cabinetry experience preferred).
  • Have a customer service attitude. Excellence in quality and service is what sets us apart.
  • Familiar with construction and working with general contractors and other trades
  • Have a high degree of organization, communication and time management as it relates to competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Have strong written communication and interpersonal communication skills
  • Be able to work both independently and on a team towards shared goals
  • Highly motivated with goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work within Nashville and surrounding areas allowing in person engagement with clients

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities from identification through close. 
  • Maintain a calendar of client meetings and networking events.
  • Conduct daily prospecting activities, including phone calls, emails, outreach, in person meetings and follow-up
  • Communicate, develop and maintain relationships with project managers, estimators, and key decision-makers
  • Manage and grow our existing customer base
  • Develop growth plans and execute against monthly and annual goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
