VOIP and Wireless Description The Telecommunications and Network Specialist will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and resilient telecommunications and networking infrastructures supporting the Walla Walla location. This position demands a highly skilled individual with a Security+ and CCNA certifications as a minimum. Deployment: Support the development efforts of secure network architectures, including VoIP, wireless communications, and encrypted data systems, ensuring compliance. Maintenance and Security Enhancement: Conduct routine and emergency maintenance tasks, upgrade systems, and implement cutting-edge cybersecurity measures to safeguard all telecommunications infrastructures. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Quickly identify and resolve network issues, enhance system performance, and ensure the reliability and security of communications channels. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance as set forth by the DoD and USACE, maintaining documentation and protocols for audit and review processes.
