Position Mission:

We seek an experienced Telecom Wireless Principal Solution Architect to

drive revenue growth by architecting developing solutions and executing effective sales

strategies for wireless solutions across various industries. The successful candidate will be

responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, identifying new

business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored offerings. This person

should be a technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and implementing wireless

network solutions for businesses, often focusing on enterprise-grade DAS, WiFi, CBRS, and

private networks, by analyzing customer needs, selecting appropriate technologies (like 802.11

protocols), and creating comprehensive network architectures to ensure optimal connectivity,

performance, and security across diverse environments; they typically collaborate with sales

teams, engineers, and clients to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and stay

updated on the latest wireless standards.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote and sell/engineer DAS solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Lead the design and development of wireless solutions, to include macro, small cell, DAS, CBRS, and private networks, ensuring they meet client needs and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through consultative sales approaches and excellent client service.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop key client accounts in the telecom, real estate, and public sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized DAS solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to drive continuous growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in RF Engineering, DAS, or a related wireless field, with a focus on in-building solutions.
  • Proven track record supporting sales and designing solutions for Enterprise Tier 1 MNOs, with a strong understanding of their technical and operational requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RF principles, including installation, optimization, and Test and Turn-Up processes.
  • Proven experience with DAS design software (e.g., iBwave, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Familiarity with government funding programs (ARPA, BEAD, RDOF) and experience supporting clients in navigating these options.
  • Experience with estimating project costs, including labor, materials, and system components.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% as required, based on candidate’s location.


Compensation:

Base salary, plus quarterly management based objective incentives.
