Schedule: Full-Time (3240 hours per week)
Compensation: $24$28 per hour

  • Conduct assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner and meets payer and company standards.
  • Participate in supervision and staff meetings.
  • Collaborate with other treatment providers to ensure holistic care.
  • Adhere to HIPAA privacy and compliance regulations.
  • Assess emergency situations and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, nonjudgmental, and supportive approach to client care.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required, in a social services field.
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Ability to pass an enhanced IDHW background check.
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
  • Experience using electronic health records (preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a community-based setting.
