We are looking for a motivated and principled chiropractor to join our practice full time in Thornton CO. Join our dedicated and diverse team, providing the highest level of care to hundreds of practice members each week. Our ideal candidate is a team player, great communicator, who enjoys helping others reach for AND achieve their health and wellness goals! We are seeking a more seasoned|experienced Chiropractor who can jump right and provide the highest level of care without much supervision. About us: We are a principle-centered clinic committed to transforming lives through corrective care, functional healing, and total wellness. Our dedicated team works hard to offer our patients the highest quality care and due to our excellent reputation, we continue to grow!! Duties: • Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging|documents|reports) • Take and review Diagnostic imaging|X-rays • Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis • Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans • Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care • Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, spinal decompression, shockwave, or regenerative protocols (training provided if needed) • Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) • Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care • Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments • Co-manage acute or chronic cases with rehab, decompression, or adjunctive therapies as applicable • Participate in daily huddles, weekly team trainings, and practice-wide events • Communicate clearly with CAs, techs, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow • Support patient retention through genuine relationships and excellent care delivery • Actively track and respond to clinical and operational KPIs (patient retention, visit averages, care plan conversions, re-exam outcomes). Collaborate with leadership to continually improve individual performance, team efficiency, and patient outcomes. • Lead patient education workshops, dinner talks, or internal|external wellness events • Engage in case reviews, functional medicine integration, or mentorship of new team members • Contribute to the clinic's clinical innovation, research projects, or continuing education Requirements: • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) • Chiropractic license in CO • Spanish speaking a plus!
