Join our Marketing team and help support the day-to-day execution of our social media channels. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will assist with content scheduling, community management, creator coordination, reporting, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, the creator economy, digital culture, and creating community.   

What You’ll Do: 

Social Media Operations 

  • Schedule and publish content across all social platforms. 
  • Maintain the social content calendar and ensure assets are delivered on time. 
  • Coordinate approvals and organize creative assets for publishing. 
  • Support campaign launches with content updates and execution.
  • Support sweepstakes communication and fulfillment 

Content Support 

  • Assist with writing captions and formatting posts for each platform. 
  • Organize photo and video assets for social use. 
  • Help identify trending topics, sounds, creators, and platform opportunities. 
  • Capture basic social content during events, store visits, or photo shoots as needed. 

Community Management 

  • Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions. 
  • Engage with followers and escalate customer service inquiries when necessary. 
  • Track user-generated content opportunities. 
  • Support community engagement initiatives and social campaigns. 
  • Compile weekly reports and community metrics. 

Influencer & Reporting Support 

  • Coordinate influencer gifting, product shipments, and content tracking. 
  • Maintain campaign trackers and project timelines. 
  • Compile weekly performance reports and social metrics. 
  • Conduct competitive research and trend monitoring. 

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or related field. 
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 
  • Basic knowledge of social scheduling and analytics tools is preferred. 
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and social media trends.
