About the Role:
As a CBRE Sales Support Sr. Coordinator, you will provide advanced administrative support to a large office. You will assist multiple brokers in a general administrative capacity, executing and assisting with coordination of new business, leasing and marketing properties.
This job is part of the Sales Operations function. They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do:
• Gather documentation to complete high-value voucher forms and process commission payments.
• Collect, compile, and evaluate complex data and create written descriptions of results.
• Ensure client messaging is in alignment with company branding. Review marketing templates and approve creative.
• Organize and maintain existing filing system and other records.
• Respond to escalated inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Delivers marketing projects in conjunction with performing crucial administrative functions that directly impact high level sales professionals in leadership with successfully achieving business objectives.
• Utilizes Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint in preparing proposals, presentations and communication materials that will represent CBRE to existing and potential clientele.
• Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
• Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
• Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
• Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
• Manage and process all team expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement.
• Organize and execute client meetings, including scheduling, venue selection, catering, and material preparation.
• Plan and manage client events from conception to completion, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and budget adherence.
• Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings, expenses, and event details.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding travel arrangements, expense procedures, and event information.
What You'll Need:
• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of
processes, procedures, and systems are required.
• Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available
options without supervisory approval.
• Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
• General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
